Captain: Austin Samson

The Center for Applied Research (CfAR) in the Department of Architecture at The Wentworth Institute Of Technology is a student-focused collaborative environment for investigating emerging fabrication technologies and methods. CfAR supports the department’s core principle of thinking through making by providing a dynamic network of spaces for prototyping and applied research. Students have access to equipment, expertise, and guidance across many areas of fabrication, including CNC milling, 3D printing, woodworking, laser-cutting, and robotics. All of the files, including 3D models, code, and images are available for the public to download here: https://disruptivescripts.wordpress.com/ And the project video can be found here: https://youtu.be/4EnGnoEMLBI Project Description can be found here: www.drive.google.com/drive/folders/0ByMVCIXFmPtjejM0a2tVNXBpak0?usp=sharing
